Personal Teaching Philosophy

I follow a 'constructivist' model of teaching and aim to provide a positive and encouraging atmosphere for learning.

My role as a teacher, a faciliatator and group leader is to:

• Provide students with a supportive learning environment,
• Develop, expand and increase learning strategies for problem solving tasks,
• Foster confidence, individualism and build self-esteem,
• And to help enable each child to reach their academic and personal goals.
